Our Methodology
At AgLand Retrievers, we believe that every dog learns at their own pace. You cannot make a dog learn faster by adding more pressure on the dog to perform. Our approach is set up for each dog to succeed and advance in training every step of the way at their own pace. Whether starting out going through obedience training, or running advanced marks and blinds, each dog is treated with the utmost respect to help build the dogs confidence by using attrition rather than more pressure.
Our History
AgLand Retrievers was founded in 2020 by Adam Tupman. Adam has been working with clients’ dogs for over 4 years, getting them ready to dominate hunt tests and field trials. As well, Adam owns two black labs, Dixie and Rip, who compete in field trials every year. When he isn’t training dogs, Adam is spending time with his wife Alyssa and two daughters, Rylynn and Gentry.
